Billing & Subscription Management

The Billing and Subscription features in InnoSynth-Forjinn power pay-as-you-go, enterprise subscription, and team/seat-based pricing models. Proper management of billing is essential for compliance, budgeting, and predictable platform access.

Supported Billing Models

  • Subscription (per seat): Users pay for a fixed number of seats (users/agents) per workspace/month.
  • Usage-based: Pricing based on tokens, requests, flows, or custom metrics.
  • Enterprise: Custom contracts, offline invoicing, overage terms (contact sales/support).

Setting Up or Changing Billing

Access the Billing Panel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (or "Subscription" for user/plan-focused deployments).
  2. View current subscription status, plan details, and usage.

Adding/Removing Seats (Subscription)

  • Click Manage Seats to purchase more users, transfer seats, or reduce unused allocations.
  • Invite users via Workspace → Users; exceeding paid seats may trigger a prompt to add more/licensed capacity.

Payment Management

  • Add Card: Securely add/update credit card (Stripe/PCI-compliant backend).
  • Invoices & Receipts: Download history, see upcoming invoices, chargebacks.
  • Apply Promo Codes: Enter discount or trial codes via UI.

Viewing Usage & Quota

  • Dashboard shows monthly tokens, flows, storage, and agent consumption.
  • Warnings/alerts for near-quota or overages.
  • Download usage reports for the last months (CSV/JSON).

Roles and Permissions

  • Only Admins/Owners may view/change billing details, payment methods, or download invoices.
  • All team members can view current plan and per-user consumption.

Plan Changes, Upgrades, and Cancellations

  • Change plan (upgrade/downgrade) at any time. Effects are pro-rated.
  • Cancel: End plan at end of current billing cycle (no refunds for partial cycles unless policy specifies).
  • All billing changes are logged in audit history for compliance.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Card declined: Check expiry, funds, or bank blocks; retry or contact support.
  • Seat/usage mismatch: Confirm user/seat mapping in Workspaces; refresh if recent changes aren’t reflected.
  • Overage charges: Review recent flow/agent runs—contact support if usage looks abnormal.
  • Past invoices/pricing: All historical invoices/statements are available in the billing tab.

Best Practices

  • Monitor quotas for all seats and teams, especially near renewal.
  • Remove stale/departed users to minimize unnecessary billing.
  • For custom contracts, confirm organization and payment data is up to date.

Billing is handled securely and transparently—reach out to support if you need detailed statements, tax documentation, or have special enterprise requirements.
