- Chatflow/Agent Name: If the issue is related to a specific chatflow or agent, provide its name.
- Browser and Operating System: Specify the web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) and operating system (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) you are using.
- Time of Occurrence: When did the issue first occur?
