  • Error messages and time of issue
  • Environment (cloud, Docker, version)

Escalation Policy

  • For emergencies (outages, data loss, security): use Support SLA contacts and phone/hotline (if available).
  • Issues are triaged by severity; you’ll receive a response within stated SLA or faster.

Feature Requests & Feedback

  • Use community board or ticket system to propose improvements, new connectors/nodes, or UI tweaks.
  • Roadmap is guided by user feedback and business need—make your voice heard!
