• AI Processing: Process prompts, queries, and context data through internal and third-party AI models.

3. Data Sharing & Third-party Providers

• Your input/output may be sent to external model/tool APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, etc.) for processing if you use those features.
• No platform data is sold or shared for advertising.
• Data is shared with third-parties only when necessary to fulfill workflows or platform integration (webhooks, cloud storage, analytics, etc).

• All data stored in platform DB/cloud is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
• Admins must use strong passwords; 2FA/SSO strongly recommended.
• Sensitive secrets handled with platform credential manager and never exposed to user-side JS/UI.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• User data is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law/enterprise policy.
• Upon account/workspace deletion, associated data is permanently deleted (subject to admin retention windows, e.g., 14 days).
• Contact support for data export, review, or accelerated deletion.

6. International Users & Compliance

• Platform is designed to conform with GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, and industry best practices.
