This Privacy Policy describes how Forjinn ("the platform", "we", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. By using or accessing this platform, you consent to the data practices described below.

1. What Data We Collect

Account Info: Name, email, and profile details at registration.
Usage Data: Logs of platform actions, workflow configurations, agent executions, and Chat Builder sessions.
Uploaded Data: Any content/files you upload, process, or store (text, documents, datasets, etc.).
Credential References: API key and third-party service config metadata (but not unencrypted secrets unless required for operation).
Telemetry (optional): Usage analytics, error logs, page views (configurable by admin).
API Gateway Data: Request/response logs for gateway endpoints (configurable retention).

2. How We Use Data

Platform Operation: Enable user authentication, workspace management, and feature delivery.
AI Processing: Process prompts, queries, and context data through internal and third-party AI models (including Google ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen frameworks).
Improvements: Analyze aggregate usage for feature development and stability.
Support & Security: To debug issues, enforce access policies, and investigate security incidents.

Your input/output may be sent to external model/tool APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) for processing if you use those features.
No platform data is sold or shared for advertising.
Data is shared with third-parties only when necessary to fulfill workflows or platform integration (webhooks, cloud storage, analytics, API Gateway destinations, etc).
Audit logs and backups may be retained per organizational or legal requirements.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data stored in platform DB/cloud is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
Admins must use strong passwords; 2FA/SSO strongly recommended.
Sensitive secrets handled with platform credential manager and never exposed to user-side JS/UI.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

User data is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law/enterprise policy.
Upon account/workspace deletion, associated data is permanently deleted (subject to admin retention windows, e.g., 14 days).
Contact support for data export, review, or accelerated deletion.

6. International Users & Compliance

Platform is designed to conform with GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, and industry best practices.
