Marketplace: Browse and Share Flow Templates

Find pre-built chatflow and agent flow templates to import into your workspace, or share your own flows as reusable templates with your team.

The Marketplace is a library of ready-made flow templates you can import directly into your workspace and start using or customizing immediately. Instead of building every flow from scratch, you can find a template that's close to what you need, import it, and adjust it to fit your specific requirements. You can also export your own flows as templates to reuse them across workspaces or share them with your team.

Browse and import a template

In the left sidebar, click Marketplaces. This opens the template browser.

Browse the listed templates or use the search bar to filter by name or keyword. Each template card shows its name, a short description, and the type of flow it represents (chatflow, agent flow, or tool configuration).

Click a template card to open its detail view. You'll see the full description, included nodes, and any required credentials or configuration before you commit to importing.

Click Use Template. Forjinn creates a new flow in your workspace as a copy of the template. The original template is not modified.

Open the newly imported flow. Fill in any required credentials, API keys, or configuration values that the template needs to run, then save.

Imported templates are full copies — changes you make to your imported flow do not affect the original template, and updates to the template do not automatically apply to your imported copy.

Export your own flow as a template

You can save any flow you've built as a custom template, making it available to reuse or share within your workspace.

Go to Chatflows or Agentflows and open the flow.

Click the menu (top right of the canvas) and select Export as Template. You can also save tools as templates separately.

Enter a clear name and description for the template. The description is what other users will read when browsing the Marketplace, so explain what the template does and when to use it.

Click Save. The template is now listed under the Custom tab in the Marketplace.

Before exporting, remove or clear any credentials or API keys hardcoded into the flow. Templates are shared with your workspace — credential values you embed may be visible to other members.

Custom templates

Your workspace has its own Custom tab in the Marketplace, separate from the built-in library. This is where templates you or your teammates have exported appear.

To manage custom templates:

  • View — click any custom template to see its details and import it
  • Delete — open the template's detail view and click Delete to remove it from your workspace

Deleting a custom template does not affect any flows that were already imported from it. Existing imports remain fully intact.
